Health Coaching

My coaching practice is based on effective, time-honored principles that focus on understanding your particular body/mind constitution and the unique nature of your imbalance. The goal is to create the best routine and habits for you that support your health and maximize your body‘s ability to heal itself.

Your program is individualized and I can work in partnership with your doctor’s prescriptions to complete your self care package. For example, after assessing where you are presently and where you want to be, I will recommend modifications to your daily habits to improve your digestion, sleep and overall energy. The recommendations are made over time, in regular follow up visits, to allow full integration into your life.

The methodology I use is based on Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. Ayurveda is a comprehensive life science — a “back to the basics” health system. It is a deceptively simple approach, yet delivers powerful results. My passion for helping people and my 30 years of experience in teaching and consulting will benefit and support your path to good health.
